Looking for a Sales Associate:
We are looking for a salesperson that is self-motivated and energetic with a go get it attitude, to market, and sell our inventory. 
 
Role Expectations:
  • Deliver on quota expectations.
  • Manage all sales activities, including self-sourcing new business.
  • Self-motivated with a strong team spirit.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Accurately forecast revenue goals.
  • Develop a sales pipeline including personal and team-supplied contacts.
  • Research market and related products to keep costs competitive.
  • Sell inventory items on social networking and e-commerce sites.
  • Call market-related companies to advertise items.
  • Manage offers and messages about the inventory.
  • Must be efficient and safely move/maintain all inventory items.
  • Photograph all sale items.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated sales skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office -  Xactimate knowledge a Plus- but not required.
  • Proficient in social media and E-commerce.
  • Sales experience.
  • Some travel is required.
  • Ability to bend, walk, and climb for several consecutive hours.
  • Keep track of all warehouse inventory and photos.
  • Able to lift more than 70lbs.
